Corporate Trainer
Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our corporate training team. Corporate Trainers are responsible for the training of employees, supervisors, managers and franchisees in the duties and procedures of restaurant operations. This may be accomplished through a new restaurant opening or with our existing restaurants. Training will be performed by demonstration and explanation using a “hands on” approach. The knowledge of facilitation techniques, adult learning characteristics, and learning styles will be required to fully assess each training session. Acts as an advisor to the corporate training center on kitchen and dining room procedures and training. This position requires extensive, frequent and long-term travel.
