All alternative entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period.
3. Eligibility: To enter the Giveaway you must be a legal resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2015. Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Giveaway, and any related web site pages and advertisements, are intended for viewing only within the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Giveaway if you are not a legal resident of the United States. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sponsor Entities"), and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway.
4. The Boston’s in Shelby Township, MI is not a participating location. No entries that list Shelby Township, MI as the entrant’s preferred location will be eligible to win one of the three prizes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email by January 28, 2015. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Boston’s will offer a gift card of equal retail value - $230.00, if the winner lives outside a ten (10) mile radius of a participating location. The prize, if properly claimed, will be awarded. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
